Rafflesia @ Pelangi Semenyih 2 is one of the phases in the Pelangi Semenyih 2 township. This phase consists of two-storey terrace units comprising 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within each unit. The houses had a launched price of RM308,900. and just like other phases in the township, the homes here are suitable for middle-income families, as well as young working adults.

There are a handful of facilities provided within the residence. All centralized, the facilities start off in a large landscaped park, that has a jogging path. There is also a caged futsal court available. Outdoor gym equipments are scattered around the central park, giving residents a place to stay fit without having to travel far.

Pelangi Semenyih 2 is generally a residential area, but it is not too far away from the city centre, which is an advantage for residents of Rafflesia @ Pelangi Semenyih 2. Outdoor junkies would be glad to know that the well-known Broga Hill is just a stone’s throw away from the residence. Meanwhile, the Semenyih town centre houses a Tesco where residents can do their groceries shopping. There is also a commercial hub located next to the hypermarket, providing other set of amenities such as restaurants, service centres, and offices.

The Semenyih Fire Department and Semenyih Police Department are located at the town centre as well, and that will come as music to tenants’ ears, as help is not too far away. Also an advantage for investors and tenants who have teenage children is that there are a number of schools nearby, most notably, the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC), which is just a short drive away. Other schools include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Rinching, Sekolah Rendah Agama Bandar Rinching, and Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Rinching.

Rafflesia @ Pelangi Semenyih 2 can be reached via the LEKAS Highway, which also connects residents to Kajang, Bangi, Serdang and Negeri Sembilan. Other highways that are nearby include the North-South Highway (NSE) and the SILK Highway.
