South Bayu Residences is a residential apartment developed by BBN Development Sdn. Bhd.. It is one of the last phases of lakefront residences planned in the Putra Nilai area, where BBN has been heavily involved in. As such, the South Bayu Residences is highly recommended for young adults, newly weds looking to start on family planning, as well as those who already have a family.
