South Bayu Residences is a residential apartment developed by BBN Development Sdn. Bhd.. It is one of the last phases of lakefront residences planned in the Putra Nilai area, where BBN has been heavily involved in. The 3.3 acre land development houses 158 units, which are divided into the high-rise Sky Villa and low-rise Town Villa complexes. The built-up of the Sky Villa and the Town Villa units in South Bayu Residences are 1,150 sf and 1,252 sf respectively, which are decent the built-up sizes for apartment units. The Sky Villa units house 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the Town Villa units have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
