The Pillars @ KL Eco City, one of KL Eco City’s phases, is a collection of boutique office towers. As its name suggests, the master development is located in KL or Kuala Lumpur, on the banks of the Klang River. Other developments within KL Eco City include residential towers, a hotel, corporate office towers and strata offices.

Standing at 17 to 19 storeys high, the 12 towers of The Pillars are the ideal height for those who prefer working in mid-sized commercial blocks. Organised into three clusters, the blocks are easy to navigate. The smallest office units start at a roomy 1,900 sf, suited for boutique firms, and go up to even more spacious units of 4,490 sf, which can be occupied by larger companies.

One of the benefits of having your firm located here is the close proximity to other components within the mixed development. You can work and live in the same area, saving time on travelling from one place to another. There is also a mosque and multi-storey carpark at one end of KL Eco City.

If you want to travel beyond The Pillars (and KL Eco City) to other parts of Klang Valley, you can choose from several modes of transport. To begin with, the upcoming KL Eco City Integrated Rail Hub will house the LRT Kelana Jaya and KTM Komuter lines.

Via these two lines, one can get to places like Putra Heights, Kuala Lumpur city centre, as well as KL Sentral. At the latter, you can connect to the major airport terminals of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2.

For those getting around by road and private modes of transport, The Pillars is situated amidst a busy network of roads that include the Federal Highway and Jalan Bangsar, with good accessibility to nearby vicinities like Mid Valley City, Bangsar, Pantai Baharu and Jalan Klang Lama.

The Pillars also has easy connectivity to other expressways like the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway. Using these routes, you can travel to neighbourhoods that are situated further away, like Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Sunway and Kuchai Lama. Traffic jams, however, might be a potential concern.

Therefore, while properties at The Pillars are definitely priced for a more exclusive market, in many ways, the development’s location and amenities justify their price for those who can afford them.
