Setia EcoHill 2 is a master development measuring more than 1,000 acres, established by a notable Malaysian developer in Semenyih, Selangor. Its predecessor, Setia EcoHill, was officially launched in 2013 and became a huge hit among property buyers for the competitive prices of its properties – not to mention the prestige associated with the developer company. The first phase of Setia EcoHill 2, consisting of 258 units of 2-storey terraced homes and 96 units of semi-detached homes, was launched in mid-2016. Phase 2 will offer 84 units of linked semi-detached houses and built-up sizes of 2,052 sf onwards, with 3+2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each. With their flexible layout, the properties in the Setia EcoHill 2 development are suitable for growing families and retirees alike. Like Setia EcoHill, a substantial portion of Setia EcoHill 2 – around 80 acres – will be devoted to nature. On Bukit Tempurung, the highest point in the development, residents will be able to take brisk walks and hikes in cooler temperatures while savouring sweeping views of the surroundings. Jogging tracks and cycling paths are also created amidst the development’s woods and wetlands. Shopping opportunities abound at EcoHill Walk in the nearby Setia EcoHill. Planned by the team that designed Puchong Setiawalk, the commercial area will have eight retail blocks of 2 to 4-storeys in addition to a 4-storey mall. Targeted to cater for the 300,000 residents of Setia EcoHill and Setia EcoHill 2, EcoHill Walk will have 2,000 parking bays, passive cooling features and tight security. Other amenities in the vicinity of Setia EcoHill 2 include Club 360°, a sprawling clubhouse with recreational facilities like pools, sports courts, a gym and an education centre, while a Tesco hypermarket is less than 10 minutes away. The connectivity of Setia EcoHill 2 is considerably good, especially with the RM80 million-worth LEKAS-EcoHill Link, which has an extension to Setia EcoHill 2 that cost RM50 million to build. The link and other connecting roads provide convenient ways to towns where facilities and business opportunities exist like Kajang, Cheras, Puchong, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur and even Seremban.
