As Aman Satu has long been a completed property, many of the units here are fully occupied and should there be units for sale, they would either be sold as partially or fully furnished.
Residents in Aman Satu are dissatisfied with the condition of the roads in the area as there are potholes which can be damaging to vehicles. There was also dissatisfaction towards the foreigners who did not properly maintain the units that they occupied.
