Core SoHo Suites is a new development located in the upcoming Kota Warisan township in Sepang, Selangor. 466 units spread upon two towers, it is part of a bigger Core development, which will include retail lots and offices.

There are 2 layouts in the development, which are the Standard and Cabana units. The Standard unit is 450 sf in size, while the Cabana unit is 576 sf, and is similar to the standard unit in terms of design, with additional space. With future developments in Sepang set in the development blueprint, and its proximity to townships such as Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Nilai, the SoHo suites target young entrepreneurs who are looking to be able to work at the comfort of their own homes, and those who wants a compact dwelling.

Within the Core SoHo Suites compound comes a set of facilities, so to accommodate to residents' need for recreation and entertainment without having to go far. A swimming pool is included in the residence for some cooling off, while there is also a landscaped garden where residents can take a stroll and get some fresh air. The residence also comes with a gym, and a multi-purpose hall for social gatherings, recreational activities and events. It also comes with a 24-hour, 3-tier security system.

Core SoHo Suites will be able to enjoy the convenience of CORE Avenue, which is the retail outlets located below the units. It is also close to a number of urban townships, and that brings a variety of modern amenities to be accessed by the tenants. The Nilai education hub will have universities such as INTI International University, Manipal International University, and Nilai University College.

Xiamen University, one of the additions of international universities in Malaysia, is just a stone’s throw away in Sunsuria City, a new township just adjacent to Kota Warisan. Not only that, residents will also be able to enjoy the factory outlet of Mitsui Outlet Park, which is also nearby.

Core SoHo Suites is best reached via the Maju Expressway (MEX), which also connects the residence to townships of Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, and Serdang. It can also be reached via the North-South Highway Central Link (ELITE), which also extends to the KLIA Extension Highway. Public transportation is also accessible via the suites, with the Salak Tinggi Express Rail Link (ERL) station being just a short drive away.
