Laman Dillenia is a landed residential area located in Taman Semarak, Nilai. According to some of the residents here, it is estimated that 95% of the community within the neighbourhood are Malays.
The built-up size of the units here is approximately 1,800 sf and it comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The homes are rather spacious and are suitable for medium-sized families. Do take note that some of the houses here have been refurbished and extended, thus subsale price might differ.
The surrounding of this residential area is peaceful as it is surrounded by lush greeneries. Nonetheless, there are plenty of amenities available close by like Nilai 3 Wholesale Center and hypermarkets i.e. TESCO and Giant Nilai. Laman Dillenia has access to PLUS highway, North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS). Residents can get to places such as Salak Tinggi (10 minutes), Bandar Baru Nilai (8 minutes), KLIA (20 minutes), Putrajaya (25 minutes), Bangi (15 minutes), Kajang (20 minutes), Kuala Lumpur (35 minutes) and Shah Alam (40 minutes) without much hassle.
For public transport commuters, Taman Semarak Taxi Station and Nilai Terminal are around 5 minutes away. Other than that, one can also opt going to the Batang Benar or Nilai KTM stations.
