The Parkview is also a good location for families with growing children to settle, with a number of schools in the area a mere minutes’ drive away, including SJK (C) Padang Gajah, Shen Jai High School, and the Fairview International School Ipoh.

Accessibility wise, The Parkview is located off Persiaran Lapangan Siber, which connects to Jalan Raja Dr. Nazrin Shah, where the Ipoh city centre is north along the route, while southwards is the Simpang Pulai toll plaza of the North-South Expressway (NSE). Aside from that, the Seri Botani Utama road also links to Jalan Simpang Pulai-Lahat, which is the road to take in order to get to where the AEON Station 18 Mall is located.
