The Vale II is a posh landed property development located in Sutera Damansara. These low density homes are situated in a nature-inspired township in Sungai Buloh, an upcoming neighbourhood which is home to many desirable residential developments that are in the higher spectrum of prices. Enclosed within a gated and guarded enclave, a grand landscaped entrance statement will give visitors a grand welcome.

Sutera Damansara sits in a green lung, and represents nature in a most vibrant manner with peace and tranquility surrounded by lush greenery while providing its residents with convenience and excitement of urban living. The homes are designed with earth tones to blend into the greeneries, enhancing the luxury of living in nature.

The Vale II is a small community comprising of only a handful of landed units. Density is low with a total of only 28 exclusive units. Launched in July 2008, The Vale II started selling form RM988,800. Each unit gives residents plenty of space for a practical and flexible lifestyle. Nature is part of the lifestyle here as well.
