Known as one of the most liveable neighbourhoods in Puchong, Bandar Kinrara is a high density township that enjoys close proximity to public transportations. Situated to its south is the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve.

The township began construction in 1991 and was formerly a 1,904-acre rubber estate known as Kinrara Estate. It was first conceptualised by Island & Peninsula (now a part of SP Setia). Its first phase, Bandar Kinrara 1, was built with low-cost terrace houses, followed by Bandar Kinrara 2 with double storey terrace houses.

Here you can find landed properties, condominiums and newly-launched serviced apartments. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Bandar Kinrara has been one of the emerging neighbourhoods with a number of upcoming developments here. The traffic congestion in this township is mainly caused by its increasing popularity.

You can find everything that you need here because Bandar Kinrara is an established township that offers many amenities such as groceries, schools, banks, eateries and more. The hotspots among residents here are Giant Hypermarket and Kinrara Golf Club.

Bandar Kinrara’s strategic placement near public transportations makes this township highly accessible. The LRT stations serving this area include Kinrara BK 5 and Alam Sutera.
