Avongold Group was established in 2003 by Catherine Teoh, an experienced infrastructure and property developer. Catherine through her career path has learnt to put her foot firmly on the ground and seize the day with the many projects she worked on with JKR contractors and property developers. Her high motivation and passion was further inspired with the knowledge gained from meeting engineers and architects.

It was this very same inspiration that propelled her to launch her first property development project; Casablanca Height which was an overnight sell out for Phase One. From then on, it was no looking back. Catherine today, powers Avongold Group and its subsidiaries to greater heights, her determination and resourcefulness will fast track Avongold Group to success. Supporting Catherine, are a select team of consultants, M&E and Architects that will benchmark future projects. While Catherine is the CEO and the beacon of the company, she makes sure that her time is equally spent with her staff, even dressing down from her power suits to cook for them.
