Selayang Point is a condominium located just off the Selayang - Kepong Highway, affording its residents excellent accessibility to the city while the Selayang Hospital is located literally across the road from the residential high rise.

Selayang Point is also said to have a good concept going for it, with all the facilities located on the rooftop. Despite Selayang Point’s central position however, its appreciation rate is said to be on the slow side.

There are some who say the appreciation is on the slow side due to many migrants who live in the condominium; a resident however voiced out that there are next to no migrants who live here and that those who do come with their families and are pleasant, very well mannered and well behaved.
