Menara PGRM is a leasehold office tower that is located in Cheras. It is also known as the PGRM Tower, and is located within the neighbourhood of Taman Pudu Ulu in Taman Maluri. The office building is home to several entities of notability, including the Wawasan Open University (WOU) of Kuala Lumpur, which is located on Level 3 of Menara PGRM, as well as the Dewan Wawasan Convention & Exhibition Centre on the 6th floor of the building.

Within the rest of the building are several shops as well, which are much visited as they are popular for cheap and affordable gadgets as well as delicious local food. Among some of the most popular shops in Menara PGRM is the Satu Gadget Dot Com where locals head to get cheap mobile phones.

There are also a couple of government offices within Menara PGRM including the Income Tax Department and the IRB Stamping Counters which is on Level 7 of the office building. Menara PGRM is in fact termed by some as the one-stop centre for food, official matters and shopping, such is the completeness of facilities provided within the building.

Menara PGRM is in fact truly a one stop building, as located at the rear of Menara PGRM is Menara PGRM 2, which is home to the Seri Cempaka Service Suites (SCSS). The serviced suites are also known as Hotel Sri Cempaka, and is a favourite short-stay home for visiting tourists as well as longer term residents.

There are a total of only 176 units of homes at the Seri Cempaka Service Suites, comprising of Studio units. And below the residential units is the dining and entertainment segment of the building that is also known as The Walk.

Menara PGRM is a very well located development. The Maluri LRT Station is only a short distance away, enabling visitors to access the office building via a short walk. The building is also easily accessible by road, with numerous highways surrounding the development. The Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) is only a short distance from Menara PGRM, which is connected to the development via the main trunk roads of Jalan Pudu, Jalan Davis and Jalan Tun Razak.

The office tower of Menara PGRM has limited office units for sale as the building is rather popular due to the high number of footfalls. There are however still apartments for rent at Menara PGRM 2 which houses the Seri Cempaka Service Suites, with prices starting from RM1,600 per month.
