Nadayu 801 @ Subang Murni is a leasehold high-rise development by Nadayu Properties Bhd. It is located in Subang 2, a neighbourhood in the developing town of Bandar Pinggiran Subang, adjacent to the major townships of Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara and Sungai Buloh. The development is still under construction and is targeted to be completed in 2022. It comprises six blocks of 19-storey service apartments, spanning 8.8 acres of land. There are a total of 12 floors for the residential units, beginning from level 8 up to level 19. In addition, Nadayu 801 features 18 retail shops to accommodate retail businesses, situated at the ground floor. Meanwhile, the facilities deck is located on the first floor.
