Kalista Park Homes at Bukit Rahman Putra is a gated and guarded residential development located in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As of July 2017, there are two types of houses planned.

The first is 3-storey semi-detached homes, with built-up sizes of up to 4,600 sf, land sizes of 40' by 85' and 6+1 bedrooms. The numerous rooms are in line with the homes being marketed as ideal for multigenerational families. Purchasers can choose from two options, the more conventional one with the living room close to the foyer and porch of the house. The other option places the living room at the rear of the house, with the foyer opening onto the dry kitchen.

The second type of house offered by the Kalista Park Homes development, are spacious 3-storey superlink homes built on 24' by 80' land plots, they are slightly smaller at up to 4,200 sf each. They also come in two different configurations, one with 4+1 bedrooms and the other with 5+1 bedrooms.

In terms of landscape planning, there is a large 14,500 sf central park, only open to residents. Positioned near the entrance guardhouse, it has a combination of recreational facilities and spaces for children and adults alike.

As the development is situated amidst the relatively matured residential area of Bukit Rahman Putra, it is surrounded by a number of practical amenities. For example, Kelab Rahman Putra, a golf and country club with a 36-hole course, the TSB commercial centre, SMK Bukit Rahman Putra and SMK Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh are all situated 10 minutes or less away.

Within a radius of about 12km, you'll also be able to find educational and medical facilities like the ELC International School, Sri KDU International School, HELP University and International School, SEGi University, Tropicana Medical Centre and ParkCity Medical Centre, as well as the Desa ParkCity park and playground.

The Kalista Park Homes are also well connected to other locations if you're travelling by road, with the Guthrie Highway (GCE), SPRINT and North-South Expressway (NSE) easily accessible. Therefore, with a convenient location, the development is good for upgraders who want to stay with their extended families, or even new home buyers looking for a long-term place for their growing families.
