It is now known as MH Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur, a place where tenants get to enjoy deluxe treatment while relaxing in spacious units with segregated areas and wireless connectivity for business or personal activities. The location of Seri Cempaka provides tenants with a sense of peace and quiet, away from the chaos of the city centre.
Despite its seeming opulence however, there were complaints lodged by those who have stayed in Seri Cempaka before about the lack of maintenance by the property's management and a foul smell emitting from the place.
