The Link 2 Residences is a much anticipated development in Bukit Jalil, desirable for its good location. It is situated just next to Twin Arkz of Bukit Jalil, another prestigious project by the Exsim Group. The Link 2 Residences is a development of condominium and shop offices offering residents of The Link 2 Residences a complete lifestyle of convenience.

The shop offices of The Link 2 Residences will stand at 4 and 6 storeys tall with a total of 22 units of shop office units. The residential component on the other hand will have a moderate density of only 539 units, housed within two towers. The residential units are sized between 667 sf and 1,218 sf with a total of 8 layouts.

Type A and Type A1 which are 667 sf and 732 sf respectively will come with one free parking lot, while all the other units from 791 sf to 1,216 sf will come with two free parking lots. The minimum selling price for the residential component is RM431,880 and for the shop office it is RM5,300,000.

they raised the maintenance fee without telling the residents who are moving in. I was expecting 0.3 something psf but turned out to be 0.4 something once I moved into the unit. Also, already have 2 theft cases happened in both Block A and B buildings.

very loose, they just let anyone who looks like a resident in without asking for their unit number.
If visitor also they bring them in without any proper registration. Need stronger security for sure!
