The Robertson is a sophisticated mixed development located within the prime area of Kuala Lumpur – Pudu. Depending on the size of the units, each unit will come with a minimum of one complimentary parking lot ranging to three lots for the larger units.

The Robertson will come with five types of layouts and a wide expanse of facilities for residents to choose from. Catering to all markets, there will be units with one bedroom at only 527 sf, ranging to three bedroom units of 1,227 sf. One of the unique selling points of The Robertson is that it is a certified Green Building Index (GBI) development. The building will also adopt the strict Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) to ensure a quality development.

The development touts facilities that alleviate the quality of life of its residents. Built high above the rest on level 7 is a 9-hole putting green, where avid golfers can enjoy an engaging round of golf with the KL city skyline as a backdrop. Apart from that, residents can experience refined living with a dedicated concierge service.

The Robertson will be centrally located and is easily accessible via major highways and public transport. There are KTM stations, Monorail stations, and LRT stations located nearby. Buses and taxis also frequent this area so residents will not be short of options to get around.

The SMART Tunnel will be close to home providing access to Petaling Jaya, and getting to Putrajaya will be easy with the Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Highway (MEX) nearby. There will also be the Sungai Besi Highway (Besraya) and North-South Highway (NSE).

Entertainment will be a stone’s throw of The Robertson with Bukit Bintang located a short drive out. Within this ever happening area there is Pavilion Kuala Lumpur - one of the most popular shopping malls of the city. Within walking distance of Pavilion is also Starhill Gallery and Fahrenheit 88 which offers some of the most niche market brands.

Living at The Robertson also places one in a food paradise. Just minutes away, there are food havens of Petaling Street, Changkat Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor, offering mouth-watering local cuisine, street food as well as international delicacies.

Prices of property at The Robertson are understandably on the higher side due to its prime and strategic location. Its launch prices were also on the rather high side, with its lowest selling price at the time of its launch being only RM740,800 for a 572 sf unit, close to RM1,300 psf. These homes are hence truly dedicated exclusively only to the well-to-dos.

A hidden gem in KL city. Been staying here for a year now, and I can’t understand how price remains low (when compared to other nearby properties, anyway). Perhaps, the property ‘boom’ hasn’t happened yet? Facilities are well-maintained too.
