Tiara South is an upmarket property development in Semenyih that is inspired by nature. Although located in a seemingly backwater location, Tiara South is well located to many highways. The highways closest to home is the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway and Grand Saga Highway that connects residents convenient to Cheras and Kajang.
Amenities are also aplenty and are located nearby the area, with the Tesco hypermarket with a stone’s throw of a distance, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) are also a short distance away. With the city limits expanding as land grows scarce in the city, developments such as Tiara South reap the most profit in the market for their strategic location and lifestyle of grandeur.
