Anggun Residences is to be a serviced apartment in Dang Wangi, developed by UDA Land. It is a hot topic in the market as of 2016, and has been greeted with much enthusiasm from property investors. The key selling point of Anggun Residences is its proximity to public transportation. The Medan Tuanku monorail station is only 200 metres down the road and the Dang Wangi LRT Station is approximately 500 metres from Anggun Residences. Residents will enjoy not only easy access to public transportation but also to shopping malls and commercial amenities.
