Neighbourhood Review


16 Sierra is a grand new township located in the suburbs of Puchong, seemingly secluded by enticingly engulfed within nature. These are residential developments that are dedicated entirely to family living within nature. Its name is representative of its design, as 16 Sierra is privy to 15 private and themed gardens, and a Central Park that is located in the middle of the neighbourhood.

The gardens are enticingly named and designed, some of them including an Algebra Garden with larger-than-life sized numbers, an Ark Garden with animals that double as slides and climbers as well as a Maze Garden which literally depicts a maze. All the gardens are interconnected via walkways, allowing residents to visit all the gardens within the neighbourhood.

The Central Park features a Grand Lawn with a Grass Amphitheatre overlooking it, while surrounding it is an exercise station, children’s playground and even a gazebo. All the residents of 16 Sierra will also be privy to their own personal resident only Amigo Clubhouse that will house a gymnasium and swimming pool amongst others.

These family-dedicated homes come in all sizes and forms, whether the buyer is looking for a neat and tidy terrace house or a large and sprawling bungalow. While residents of the neighbourhood will be guaranteed a peaceful and quiet ambience amidst nature, they will also be well provided with the small commercial area named Sierra Centro 1 located on the very edge of the neighbourhood.

16 Sierra is a very well connected neighbourhood with convenient accessibility to highways. Of the closest highways to 16 Sierra is the Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the upcoming Serdang-Kinrara-Putrajaya (SKIP) Expressway (SKIP).

For example, a dip in the CPI line may indicate a low level of price increment as compared to the previous year while a surge in CPI line shows a high level of price increment as compared to the previous year.

The above graph shows 1.644% of price changes in essential goods such as rice, meat and tobacco between the years 2011 and 2012, while increasing in difference to 2.093% in 2013. Prices of essential goods then increasing to 3.448% in the year 2014 while surging by 2.523% in 2015.

While the prices of essential goods have shown a variation in the Percentage Changes, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) on the other hand indicates a reality of ever increasing prices in essential goods with increments between the years 2011 - 2015 at 102.7 in 2011, 105.1 in 2012, 107.3 in 2013, 111.0 in 2014, 113.8 in 2015.

This is a very comfortable and friendly neighbourhood and security very safe, I would say is the best township I seen in Klang Valley Area, two thumbs up!!
