However, the main attraction of the location is its great connectivity to the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), which in turn, links to the Guthrie Expressway (leading to Shah Alam) as well as the NSE. From LATAR, the Jalan Duta Toll of the NSE is 30km away, where with smooth traffic, the KL city centre is just about 30 minutes away.

Future connectivity to LATAR from the 2 townships will be even more convenient, with a proposed direct link from Jalan Tasik Puteri to LATAR slated to be completed in 2018. But for now, you will have to go through the town of Kundang (east of M Residence 1 and 2) to access LATAR.

What's the quality of Mah Sing's development like? Does anyone know? I've purchased Sime Darby property before and it's shit. You would have thought that an established developer like this will produce good quality houses.
