Star Residences is a posh high rise development located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and is only a short distance away from KLCC by foot. Star Residences is a collaboration between two developers with over 500 units available in one towering block. Due to its prime location in the middle of the city including an extensive range of facilities, there is no doubt that only the affluent can afford it.
Star Residences will be a landmark in itself with 58 storeys of residential floors. The sizes of units at this development range between 625 sf and 2,928 sf, with the smaller ones housing only one bedroom suitable for a bachelor. The larger units are more family oriented, with either three or four bedrooms and much more space.
Star Residences brings prestigious star-quality services to its residents with its flamboyant facilities spread out over 100,000 sf; equivalent to two football fields. Situated on Level 6 with all the hydro related facilities is H2O, while what makes Star Residences unique are its three skyparks located on Level 69, 88 and 99. The facilities that are brought to residents here are timeless but with a modern and enviable twist.
On Level 88 of the development lounging in the skies of Kuala Lumpur there will be a heated spa lounge, heated dip pool and hydro massage therapy room. On Level 6 will be the more common yet still outstanding facilities of hydrotherapy shower, hammock garden, 50-metre pool, floating gym and Koi pond amongst the many facilities provided.
At only a stone’s throw from the city of Kuala Lumpur, views of the city skyline from the vantage point of Star Residences will be spectacular. The signature shopping malls of Kuala Lumpur will be within minutes from home at Bintang Walk, Starhill Gallery, Pavilion, Suria KLCC and Fahrenheit 88. The plethora of highways are also numerous this close to the city with almost every highway in the Klang Valley somehow leading to the city centre.
The only setback to owning a unit at Star Residences is that the management will not be providing owners with parking lots which means that owners will have to pay for their parking bays each month. Another blister on the glamorous outlook of Star Residences is the traffic congestion surrounding the area, especially during rush hours.
