As a central location of convenience and accessibility, Kelana Jaya is a bustling suburb with a mix of residential and commercial properties that offer numerous amenities and facilities all around.

Situated in the matured neighbourhood of Petaling Jaya and boasting a favourable address, the properties here provide great options for investment or own stay. Primarily comprising landed properties, the neighbourhood has recently been gaining more high-rise projects due to the increasing awareness of its convenient location.

However, the heavy traffic on the roads during peak hours is a hassle that many are not willing to endure. Hence why some residents are hesitant to move into Kelana Jaya, resulting in lower investment prospects for this area.

Despite that, residents who work nearby would find this to be an ideal place to live in. In terms of recreational activities, there is the large Kelana Jaya Lake Park in SS7 that hosts a public swimming pool along with badminton, futsal, hockey and tennis courts. For shopping, there is Paradigm Mall where you can find a whole range of local, Asian and Western cuisines for varying budgets. If you’re a cinema enthusiast who prefers smaller crowds, we recommend the Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) within the mall.

The turn-offs from this main road usually branch off into housing developments and office towers. Moreover, the public transportation infrastructure here is top notch, allowing residents to easily avoid traffic congestions via the LRT and bus services.
