Buying a property when you "don't have money", it is not a myth, but an applicable method, and lot of investor are doing that,

but first, we need to make it clear, the title "don't have money" here, what do you mean by "don't have money" ? RM 1 also consider have money, your don't have money are referring to how much?

second, please set a right mindset while doing property investment, lot of package in the market are telling you "0% down payment", "buy house get cash back", sometimes, it doesn't mean that "you do not need any money" to buy house, but it might needs you to pay a portion of deposit / booking, and rebate it back to you after loan approve or snp signed.

as per GST effective on 1 April 2015, as the real estate service are not under any exemption list in the guideline, and thus, real estate agent have the right to request for GST payment, as long as the agency are registered under GST company. If any agent or agency are charging you GST by not providing any receipt nor showing their GST ID No, it is considered an act of violation under Goods and Service Tax Act 2014.

hi, John, first of all, there are 2 document we need to process, first is S&P, second is loan agreement

is your lawyer are handling S&P and loan agreement for you?
if yes, you need to let the lawyer know about the banker contact.

If no, which mean, your lawyer only handling your S&P, you may consult lawyer whether your lawyer can ad-hoc with the bank that approve your loan.

p/s: your agent should explain the whole flow for you, if he/she doesn't do, maybe they are not an experience or professional agent.
